The earth was considered by all cultures the matrix of life. Mother-Earth, a fertility symbol, was worshiped as a deity. It is a symbol of the stability of existence.

The fire represents a personal drive and inner passion. It is directly related to the sun and reflects its properties. It symbolizes spiritual power and enlightenment.
